What Everyone Gets
These are the non-negotiable needs for every Ski & Wine Weeker.

- Ski or snowboard hire at the Intersport in our building, from €119 for 6 days · helmet €15
- French wine masterclass: 5 sessions with our sommelier to make you a French wine pro. No snobbery, lots of drinkery. Actually learn something, and get a wine-fuelled head start on the rest of the crew.
- Airport transfers, shared private: €69 each way from Chambéry, €85 from Geneva, Lyon or Grenoble

Choose Your Week
Life on the Mountain
Roll out of bed, ski-in ski-out. Coffee (Baileys optional), then pick: spa morning or straight to the slopes. Nothing on this trip is compulsory. Join as much or as little as you like.
Croissants, omelettes, French toast, cheese and fresh baguettes, served with last night's stories. Our chef's already on it. You just have to show up.
Ski out the door. Find your crew on night one and go at your pace. Lunch is on the hill or from the supermarket downstairs; skip the €30 mountain burger.
Folie Douce on the mountain, Le Malaysia in town, forty-odd bars in between. It's technically still skiing if you ski to the next bar.
Raclette, fondue, bourguignon, cassoulet, cooked in-house every night and paired with French and Alpine wines. By Friday you might tell a Bourgogne from a Bordeaux. No promises.
Le Malaysia, a bar in town, or the apartment with a bottle and the best people you've met all year. Not an early night.

Balcons de Val Thorens
We've scored two big apartments for each trip in this ski-in, ski-out complex with an included wellness spa in the building. All rooms are twin-share so either come with your ski buddy/lover/both or for solo travellers we'll pair you up with your new best friend (gender, age, party preference match).
The wellness centre alone is reason enough to book: a pool with valley views, two saunas, a hammam and a fitness room. After a day on the world's biggest mountain, this is where you end up before dinner.

Not a hotel: This isn't a hotel. It's better. Our own chef and host, dinner sorted every night, and a room that's yours all week.
This Isn't Your Average Ski Trip
We like to position ourselves somewhere between boring, stuffy luxury lodges and hedonistic backpacker minimalism. A week filled with nice things for down-to-earth people. A gastronomic bonanza that won't break the budget. A wine-filled week without the wine-filled wankers, all at the most decorated ski resort on the planet.

You'll ski the biggest mountain on earth by day, ski straight back to your apartment, hit the spa and let our chef take over from there.
Every morning starts with fresh croissants and proper coffee. Every afternoon ends in Val Thorens' legendary après scene, from Folie Douce on the mountain, Le Malaysia after dark, and forty-something other bars in between. Every evening finishes around a table full of food, wine and people who came as strangers and leave as mates.

We've Got Answers
All levels welcome, from first-timers to people who spend their holidays finding off-piste lines. On the first evening we sort everyone into ski crews by ability and you spend the week with your people — linking up with the full group for runs and always for après.
Yes. We regularly have guests who don't ski or board. You can get passenger lift passes up the mountain to the bars, restaurants and viewpoints, hit the wellness spa whenever you like, and there's plenty happening in the resort all week. You won't be short of things to do or people to do them with.
Just two of the five weeks are themed that way: 13–20 March skews Gen Z, 20–27 March skews Millennial. It is a rough steer on who else is likely to be there, not a rule — nothing is enforced at the door and the mountain doesn't check ID. The other three weeks are open to everyone, and plenty of people simply pick the dates that suit them.
Generally 25–35, with occasional younger/older outliers who prove to be just as much fun as anyone else. What matters more than age is that you want to ski the biggest mountain in the world, eat well, drink better and have a proper laugh.
Yes, all dietary requirements are catered for. Our chef takes it seriously. Just let us know when you book.
Fly into Geneva or Chambéry (Lyon and Grenoble work too) and aim to land around midday on the Saturday. Our shared private transfers are €69 each way from Chambéry and €85 from Geneva, Lyon or Grenoble. Chambéry is an hour closer. Book at least three weeks out; vans run with six or more.
Skis or a board, boots, poles and a helmet, from the Intersport inside our building. Our group rate is €119 for 6 days, helmet €15; upgrade at the counter from €20. Bring your own goggles, and borrow a jacket and pants if you don't own them.
Yes. Tell us who you're with and you'll room together. For a whole apartment, message us; it depends on the week.
We don't run a waitlist. Book the nearest open week: same trip, same crew energy.
Your deposit is non-refundable. More than 60 days out, everything else comes back; 30-59 days out, half; under 30 days, nothing. Full terms.
