There really is no better way to kick off the season than by skiing our beloved Les Deux Alpes (very high, guaranteed snow so early in the season), dancing at Rise Festival’s many stages, eating the French food that our chefs prepare and drinking the French wines that we’ve paired with it. But if we’re being completely honest – and when aren’t we – the thing we love most about this trip is the people, the friendships, the gang, the newly formed besties, you’re all-night homies – in short, THE CREW.

Two weeks in January, two in March — avoiding school holidays, Christmas chaos, and the kind of crowds that ruin a good apres. After listening to our guests, we've broken the weeks up by vibe:

Not strict rules — fun lovers of all ages welcome (bring your mum, she's half price; bring your granny, she's obviously free). An hour from Grenoble, two from Lyon. Four-star chalets, jacuzzis, saunas, private chefs, wine pairing, first-timers to backcountry legends.

Livigno hosted the snowboarding at the 2026 Winter Olympics. The valley is broad, the terrain is steep, and the snow is reliable. But honestly? Half the reason to come is the food. When you're peckish after a big day on the mountain, nothing — nothing — hits like pizza, pasta, and a bombardino at apres.

Perfect for solos and groups alike. Handy if you're based in Italy or can easily get to Milan. We take over a gorgeous chalet in the village with a communal space for dining, drinking, chatting, and pre-partying.

We took a chance on Georgia last winter. We knew about the food, the wine, the friendly locals, the Caucasus mountains. What we didn't expect was just how hard it would all hit.

For those who want adventure with their ski trip — a new country, a deep cultural immersion, incredible food and wine, and a crew of likeminded legends to share it with.

Almaty sits in the shadow of the Trans-Ili Alatau mountains. Two high, steep and — let's be honest — a little wild ski resorts sit within an hour of downtown.
