We’ll start with six sips that scream summer: bubbles, whites, rosé, and some cooler reds — handpicked to help you decode Spanish wine lists and supermarket shelves. No boring lectures, no snobbery — just big pours, city views, and a bit of banter to go with your buzz.
Then it’s time to get fizzy. In our DIY Spanish spritzer masterclass, you’ll mix, taste, and keep sipping through some of Spain’s most iconic (and underrated) wine-based cocktails — from cava sangria to tinto de verano, kalimotxo, and other locals-only legends. Best of all? Spritzers are bottomless. And yes, we mean it.
