Absolutely! Bring a couple!

Le Soleil has twins, doubles, triples and quads, so your crew stays together.

Neither have ~25% of us

We have riders of all abilities join us, so you'll always have a crew to slide with

What the crew says

Don't Take Our Word For It

Guys, this is not a scam!

Arrived in the French Alps expecting snowboarding. Left with 30 new best friends, a second home in the après scene, and a life that briefly felt like a Love Island episode with better outfits and worse balance. Minimal sleep, maximum serotonin. 10/10 — already planning round two.

I joined this legendary team for two trips — Rise Festival and Georgia — and both were unforgettable. They brought together such a fun international group that it was impossible not to make friends. Have already booked the next one.

Made some of the best friends of my life on these trips. That's not something you can say about many holidays. See you at the next one.

A typical day

Life At Rise

Step 01 · Wake Up

Roll out of bed at Le Soleil, our private lodge a short hobble from the Diable lift. Grab a coffee — with Baileys if that's where you're at — and take in the mountain views from the dining room. Hangovers don't exist when you live like this.

Step 02 · Breakfast

Come down to the dining room and catch up on last night's gossip over croissants, omelettes, French toast, cheese, sliced meats and fresh baguettes. Our chef's been up for an hour. You just have to show up.

Step 03 · Hit The Mountain

We're a short walk from the main gondola. Explore 220km of trails, a 2,300m vertical drop and Europe's highest skiable glacier at 3,600m across 55 lifts. The split: 15% green, 50% blue, 20% red, 15% black, plus a snowpark and boardercross track. Find your ski crew on the first night and go from there. Lunch is back at the lodge, or packed and in your pocket for the hill.

Step 04 · The Après Crawl

Your full festival ticket gets you into Pano Bar on the mountain from 11am. After that: Skandal Bar for epic views and table dancing, then Umbrella Bar at the bottom. From there it's a few minutes' walk back to Le Soleil. It's technically still skiing if you ski to the next bar. We call it training.

Step 05 · Dinner

Back at Le Soleil, the chef has been busy. Raclette, boeuf bourguignon, tartiflette, blanquette de veau — hearty French mountain food, cooked on-site every night and paired with French and local wines. By the end of the week you might know your Bourgogne from your Bordeaux. No promises.

Step 06 · Then We Go Again

Between Rise Festival's many stages, Red Frog down the road, and Smithy's Disco, the decision about where to go tonight is your biggest problem.

“Nobody sets an alarm. The mountain isn’t going anywhere.”

Rinse. Repeat × 6.

Where you're staying

Le Soleil

A whole private ski lodge in Les Deux Alpes — ours and ours alone, a short hobble from the Diable lift and closer to Red Frog and Smithy's.

This is our own lodge for the week, with views across the valley to the mountains and more than enough space for 60+ party animals to dine and wine together. Nobody else is staying here except for our group for the week, so expect a building full of your people. The lodge has its own bar, a dining room built for groups our size, and plenty of space for our wine tastings and pre-festival drinks.

  • Solo travellers: twin-share ensuite with your new best friend, age and party-level matched
  • Couples: we have some doubles, otherwise you can push the beds together (if you're not too exhausted for hanky panky)
  • Groups of friends: a mix of twins, or we have some triples and quads if you want to keep the squad together
  • Full board: breakfast, lunch and dinner from the lodge's own chef, every day

Our own bar and dining room: mountain views, our wine behind the bar.

A short hobble from the Diable lift and a snowball's throw from Red Frog Pub and Smithy's Tavern/Club.

Our ski hire shop is right next door.

This Isn't Just A Ski Trip

This is French food and wine set inside Europe's most concentrated week of music, skiing, wine and general mayhem. Rise Festival turns Les Deux Alpes into the world's best après scene for one week in December and we've taken over a whole private ski lodge in the middle of it.

“Because ragers need good party fuel more than anybody.”

We've filled that lodge with chefs, wine guides, and the kind of people who make strangers into friends by the second dinner. Your breakfasts, lunches and dinners are handled. The wine is paired. The après is guided. The mountain is 220km of trails with a 3,600m glacier at the top. And between Rise Festival's stages, Red Frog down the road, and Smithy's Disco, you have way too many reasons to stay up every single night.

The event

Why Rise?

Rise Festival is Europe's biggest independent electronic music festival at altitude. Here's what that actually means for your week.

The lineup

World-Class DJs. On A Mountain.

Rise Festival brings some of the world's biggest electronic acts to stages on the mountain and in the village, featuring Chris Stassy, Sub Focus and more. See the full lineup, here.

The après

Après Starts At 11am

Pano Bar kicks off at 11am and really gets going at 2pm. Plus there's Skandal and Umbrella, and anywhere we are, really.

The mountain

Europe's Highest Skiable Glacier

220km of trails. 2,300m of vertical.

After dark

It's a music festival, baby

The main stages, the side stages, the bar sets, the clubs, the afters – everything but the hangovers

Got questions?

We've Got Answers

We have skiers and boarders of all levels, from absolute first-timers to backcountry extremists. On the first evening we sort everyone into ski crews by ability — everybody finds their people and skis together, with the whole group linking up for runs when we can, and always for après.

Absolutely. Your Rise Festival pass gives you access to the on-mountain bars, restaurants and viewpoints. There's plenty happening in the village too, plus the full music festival running all week. You won't be short of things to do or people to do them with.

Sure is. The full Rise Festival ticket and a 6-day full mountain ski pass are both included in your package. That covers the on-mountain après access and the evening festival stages — all in, no extras to decode.

Grenoble is closest, then Lyon, then Geneva. Add a shared private transfer at checkout: Grenoble €59, Lyon €69, Geneva €92, each way per person. We group everyone by arrival time, so you ride up with the crew.

Solo travellers make up the bulk of our guests. We deliberately build environments where people arrive as strangers and leave as friends — group chat, shared ski crews, communal dinners and pre-parties every night. It works. Every time.

Anyone who wants to ski, party, eat well, drink better wine and laugh constantly. Our general age range is 25–35, with occasional outliers who prove to be just as much fun as everyone else.

All dietary requirements are catered for. Our chefs take it seriously. Just let us know when you book.

Last year we took over a chalet with 31 people and sold out. This year it's a whole private lodge for 60, and it's nearly full.

Leave a deposit (1% of the trip price) to secure your spot, then pay the rest in easy monthly instalments at whatever pace suits you.

Your deposit is non-refundable. More than 60 days out, everything else comes back; 30-59 days out, half; under 30 days, nothing. Full terms
